2012 Octane One VOID 3.0 dirt frame for 26” wheels
Void is a dirt oriented frame designed especially for 26” wheels. The BB is low for more stability, and to fit higher forks with more travel. At the same time the frame comes with slightly steep head angle for quicker handling. The rear end is compact and short and allows to adjust the rear wheel position within the 379-395mm range. The head tube is designed to work with integrated headsets (the most popular BMX standard – Campy spec). The Void comes with a standard threaded BB shell so you can easily fit your favorite mountain bike cranks. Rear-end was redesigned for 2012. Long smooth tapers added on both chain stays and seat stays give perfect clean look and plenty of thickness to make a strong connection with new smaller and prettier dropouts (w/o derailleur hanger).

2012 Octane One ORBITAL PRO SS premium rear singlespeed hub with driver
A premium MTB singlespeed hub with a 10t driver and wide flanges for great wheel strength. It runs on four high quality sealed bearings. We use a 10t driver that fit’s big strong bearings inside. The result is that the hub runs smoothly and there will be no problems at all with the driver bearings. The steel axle is cut flush with the nuts for a clean look and for safety reasons. Steel nuts give extra strength and clamping force for securing your wheel in horizontal dropouts. For weight reduction the cones have been made from aluminum. The hub is anodized matt and has nice black hardware. It hub comes with a disc brake mount and is offered in both 32h and 36h versions.

Solar 30 is the new very light & strong model. It will do the job perfectly as a front and rear rim, however it’s recommended for smooth riders. Octane One SPARK 24” street/park frame for 24” wheels only
A new park and street frame with geometry designed for 24” wheels only. Perfect for low travel suspension forks (60-100mm) or rigid forks. Medium front-end length perfect for 24” wheels and a short compact rear end with a high BB. The head angle is quite steep which makes for quick handling and easy front wheel tricks. The chain stays will let you adjust the rear wheel position within the 365-381mm range. The Spark head tube is designed to work with an integrated headset (the most popular BMX standard – Campy spec). It comes with a standard threaded BB shell so you can easily fit your favorite mountain bike cranks. Simple and straight seat stays shape. With simple and straight seat stays and small dropouts w/o a derailleur hanger you get weight saving and perfect clean look. There are no cable guides attached permanently to the frame – we provide removable 3M cable guides if you need brakes . The Spark has a short seat tube extension over the top tube and integrated steel seat post collar for 25.4mm BMX size seat post. Octane One CHEMICAL 25.4 all-round handlebar
A very strong and light 25.4mm dirt/street handlebar that will find a lot of fans among 4X, Slopestyle, Freeride and Downhill riders too! The Chemical has new-school geometry and a 710mm width for better control over the bike and during spins. With 9 degrees of backsweep, it is very comfortable even when ridden uncut. The 75mm rise will work great for suspension and rigid forks users. Thanks to its custom tubing the Chemical is ready to take some serious abuse. Slick markers in the middle and the ends of the handlebar will make it easy to adjust or cut down.

Octane One BOLT-ON LONG grips
Bolt-on grips made from high quality rubber, equipped with 2 aluminum bolt collars, offered in various color versions to match your bike! With 145mm width these grips should be used without shifters. Mushroom style ribbed pattern is strong and comfortable. A new better, softer rubber compound is used. The result is great feel and more durability. Bar ends included!

A few years ago NS Bikes decided to launch a new brand of frames and components that were designed to be strong, functional and affordable. The aim was to offer components that were not as sophisticated as NS Bikes and would allow riders to build nice bikes without having to spend a fortune.

This season Octane One is stepping up one notch and the whole line has been seriously revamped and pumped up with some high end features, colours and designs. The prices however stayed on the same level which is a very good news for everyone looking for some fresh and yet affordable components.

This small revolution began in the frames department. From this year there is a new frame dedicated for street and park appropriately named the Spark.

The handlebar range has been also extended. All round 25.4 and 31.8 Chemical handlebars made from 6061 butted alloy will now be joined by a high-end Chemical Pro 31.8 bar.

Blake Samson, born in Zimbabwe and now living in the UK is no stranger to big events. Over the years he worked his way over to the elite and got great results in competitions like Vienna Air King, UK King of Dirt, Masters of Dirt, 26 Trix and many more. 2011 season will be no different and with support from Octane One, Fox Forks MOJOUK, Halo wheels, Gusset parts, Animal Clothing, Skull Candy, OGIO bags, Mercedes-Benz Vito sport the things are looking bright.
